Artfulwears is happy to announce that we now offer free shipping, hassle-free return shipping, and FREE GIFT WRAPPING for all of your holiday presents!

All packages are now shipped for free when sent via UPS Ground Service*. You must enter the code to receive free shipping. All packages will now also include a return shipping label. If you need to return any item simply repackage your merchandise properly, apply the return shipping label and drop it off at any UPS Store, or any location where there is a UPS pickup (like your office perhaps). You can even hand it to any UPS driver.

After you make your purchase, please email our customer service department with your order number and a note requesting gift wrap. We are also happy to provide a gift card and gift receipt. Just let us know what you need!

FitStar Inc., d/b/a makes every effort to ship products as soon as possible. Orders are packaged for shipping from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM (E.S.T.) Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

This shipping policy pertains to products currently in-stock. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, or special order items will take longer to process. After processing, orders will be shipped via your selected shipping method. You will be notified either by phone or email if there is a back order or out-of-stock item. Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled unless the item is out of stock. When you complete an order through the website, you card is charged immediately.

Please note that although most items are shipped same day, sometimes due to high order volume it can take up to five days to process and ship your order. When the order is shipped, it will be sent via the shipping method you chose. We can not refund your shipping charges once you have placed your order for any reason. To receive free shipping you must: enter the code in the redeem coupon box, click redeem, and then select free shipping coupon. Please keep in mind if you choose expedited shipping you should not calculate it to receive the order on a specific date as that will not include processing time. Fashion Accessories is pleased to offer international shipping to many countries including, but not limited to: United Kingdom, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. For most packages the cost is between $22.00 and $28.00 USD. We ship via USPS Global Express Mail which takes 3-5 business days. To make it easier for the customers, we have created products in the store that you simply add to your order for shipping as the shopping cart will not calculate this at checkout. If you click our search button in and type your country name, you can see if the shipping charges are listed for your country. If not, please email us and we will add your country to the store. All International order must be placed on an International credit card which we can verify. The shipping and billing address must be the same. We do not offer free shipping on ANY international orders. Customer is responsible for the duties and/or taxes imposed by their country for the goods. If the customer either refuses or returns an item and we are charged a duty or tax, that amount will be deducted from the credit along with the shipping charges in the case of a refused package.

Women's Fashion
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges. For merchandise refund or exchange, goods must be received within 14 days from the date of receipt and items must be in new/unused condition. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your credits and 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your credit card statement.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise has been used with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s defects. If for any reason merchandise is returned past the 14 day period or in used condition, we can reship the items back to you at your expense.

Please indicate what you would like to exchange your merchandise for and your choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Simply affix the enclosed complimentary UPS return label to your package and reseal it. Then drop it off at any authorized UPS drop-off location (including Staples and The UPS Store) or hand it to a driver. If you misplace your return label please send returns via a secured and trackable service (such as USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex, or UPS) to:
